Refund & Return Policy

At buytapentadolonline.us, our priority is your health, safety, and satisfaction. However, because we operate as a dispensing pharmacy handling prescription medications, our return and refund policies are strictly governed by federal and state health regulations.
No Returns on Prescription Medications
By law, once a prescription medication has been dispensed and has left our pharmacy facility, it cannot be returned, reused, or resold under any circumstances. This law protects the public from tampered or improperly stored medications. Therefore, we do not accept physical returns of any delivered products.
1. Order Cancellations
We understand that circumstances change. You may cancel your order and receive a full 100% refund provided that the order has not yet been processed and dispatched from our facility.
- To cancel an order, you must contact our support team immediately.
- If you have already received a tracking number or a “shipped” notification, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
2. Lost or Undelivered Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we are here to help.
- If the tracking information shows no updates for an extended period, or the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer you a choice between a free reshipment of your medication or a full refund.
- Please note: If the tracking information shows the package was successfully “Delivered” to the address you provided at checkout, we cannot issue a refund or free reshipment. It is your responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.
3. Damaged Medications
We package all medications securely in discreet, protective boxes. However, if your medication arrives damaged or the blister packs are compromised during shipping:
- Do not consume the medication.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the medication.
- Upon verification of the damage, we will arrange for a prompt, free reshipment of your order.
4. Pharmacy Fulfillment Errors
Our dispensing accuracy rate is exceptionally high. However, if we make an error and ship you the incorrect medication, the wrong dosage, or the wrong quantity, we will take full responsibility. You will not be charged for our mistake, and we will immediately expedite a replacement order with the correct medication at no additional cost to you.
5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved by our support team, it will be processed back to your original method of payment.
- Credit/Debit Cards: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Zelle / CashApp / Venmo: Refunds are typically processed and received within 24 to 48 hours.
- Cryptocurrency: Refunds will be issued based on the USD value of the order at the exact time the refund is processed, minus any standard blockchain network fees.
