Discreet Packaging Guarantee
Your privacy is 100% protected. All medications are shipped in completely plain, unbranded boxes or padded envelopes. There are no pharmacy logos, medication names, or branding on the outside of the package.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Times
Before any order can be dispatched, our licensed pharmacists must verify your prescription and confirm your payment.
- Daily Cut-Off Time: Orders placed, paid, and verified before 2:00 PM EST (Monday – Friday) will be processed and dispatched the very same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends/holidays, will be dispatched the following business day.
- If there is an issue verifying your prescription, our support team will contact you immediately, which may delay the dispatch of your order.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Times
We offer multiple shipping speeds at checkout to meet your specific needs. Please note that delivery times begin after the package is dispatched, not from the exact moment you place the order.
- Standard Priority Shipping: Typically delivers within 3 to 5 business days.
- Express / Overnight Delivery: Typically delivers within 1 business day (Next Day) for orders dispatched before the daily cut-off time. Available in most, but not all, geographic locations.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can track the real-time progress of your delivery from dispatch to your doorstep. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system.
4. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Please double-check your apartment numbers, zip codes, and street names before finalizing your order.
- If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a reshipment fee may apply to send the package again.
- Because we ship prescription medications, packages cannot be rerouted to a different address once they have been handed over to the carrier.
5. Shipping Delays
While we guarantee that your order will leave our facility on time, we do not have control over the package once it is with the carrier. Occasional delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or unexpected carrier network disruptions. In the event of a significant delay, please contact our support team, and we will liaise with the carrier on your behalf.
6. Signature Requirements
Due to the nature of controlled prescription medications, certain orders or delivery locations may require a direct signature upon delivery to ensure the package is safely received by an adult. You will be notified in your tracking information if a signature is required.
